2015: RISE is founded
Human Ashrafi and Martin Riedel founded RISE Technologies GmbH.
After their own painful experiences how challenging it can be to
support service technicians in the field, the idea for RISE is born.
Digital remote support, especially via smartglasses,
for mechanical and plant engineering.
2017: We present ourselves to the public for the first time
After about 18 months of development and ongoing tests with
initial partners, we take off in 2017. We present RISE to a broader public
and introduce our solution at events and industry meetings.
The first customers start using RISE at the end of 2017.
2018: The first renowned customers are on board
After further development and additional publicity, we won the first
renowned customers. Among others, Zeppelin Caterpillar starts an
extended test phase with us and further develops our smartglass app
together with us.
2019: We grow
After rapid growth in 2018, we are establishing ourselves on the market
and gain further major customers, e.g. Bomag, RWE or Claas. Since we
work closely together with our customers and maintain strong partnerships,
we are able to attend various trade fairs together. Among others, we take
part in Intermat in Paris or Bauma in Munich, the world's largest
construction machinery trade fair.
2020: A year like no other
We start the new year with great ambitions and exciting projects.
In March, however, the whole world came to a standstill. After the initial
shock, it quickly became clear that remote is the future. We can observe
first-hand how the service model is changing towards remote service,
necessarily.
2021: Remote Service as a business model
We are using the Corona time to respond to a major trend in the market.
Remote Support was yesterday, Remote Service is the future. Some of our
customers are establishing digital customer support, worldwide and
across multiple service levels. We see this as a great opportunity and
are starting with a significant further development of our software.
2022: RISE 2.0 is in the starting blocks
After a good year of development work, we are ready to start.
RISE2.0 will see the light of day in spring 2022. With it, we have processed
our experiences of the past years and developed the ideal software
solution to digitize remote service. Saving costs was yesterday,
from now on we want to help our customers generate additional revenues.
